The house is nestled in the maquis three km from the sea. The house is 3 minutes drive (30 minutes walk) from the sea and the Gulf of Sperone with its sailing school, windsurf, kayak and RIB hire as well as several stunning beaches and bustling beach
cafes. Walking to Bonifacio takes 35 minutes from the house through a beautiful historic trail.
The world class Sperone Golf course looks out over the Gulf and on to the iconic town of Bonifacio.
The house is charming, recently refurbished, quiet, and ideal for up to 8 people. There are 5 bedrooms, including an annexe Pavilion, 4 bath/shower rooms, a large kitchen and family room, and a cosy sitting room. The outdoor terrace comfortably seats 8
for “al fresco” dining, is shaded by wisteria and overlooks the crystal clear swimming pool with the sea in the distance.
There is good wi-fi, air-conditioning and a smart TV. Figari airport is 20 minutes away with Ajaccio and Bastia approximately 2.5 hours by car.
