About this villa rental
Contemporary villa, classified 5 *, capacity 10 people max, modern, bright, comfortable. With friends or family to spend moments in complete relaxation. Located at the top of a subdivision.
Calm and serenity on the edge of the pines, you will be charmed.
2 km from Bonifacio, 4 km from the beaches (Sperone, Maora, Cala Longa ...)
and 1 km from the shops.
The kitchen is fully equipped, open to the dining room and living room. Air conditioning / heating in each room.
Independent rooms, electric shutters, with direct access on outside: swimming pool, patio.
3 spacious bedrooms with walk-in showers and showers.
2 bedrooms with large closet.
1 bathroom with bathtub.

8X4 heated pool, open from mid April to mid October, outdoor shower (hot / cold water) and outdoor WC - Electric griddle - Pétanque field.
Large terrace with shade sail for outdoor meals.
The patios are all equipped with garden furniture.

Véronique will be your interlocutor during your stay if needed. She will welcome you, will do the inventory, will inform you if you are looking for a restaurant, a babysitter, a cook at home or a health professional. Arrival arrangements will be provided 15 days before your arrival.

You will be welcomed by Véronique who will give you the keys, the inventory and will send you all the useful information for your stay.
Other remarks
- deposit 4000 € by check will be requested on your arrival, not cashed and returned at the end of the stay if the inventory of outlets is in compliance with the entry and 350 € for the respect of commitment cleanliness described below.
- The house must be tidy and clean at your exit to allow the cleaning service to intervene at your departure. If this condition is not respected, a compensation from the surety could be considered.
- Signature of a personalized rental contract to validate the reservation
- Resort insurance certificate to be provided at the same time as the rental contract.
