We brought our extended family (18 of us ranging from 1-65yrs) to stay at Bella Vista for fall break. The house was perfect for our needs and the double refrigerators and dishwashers made meals simple. The pool was small, but the kids had a blast in it and beach was just steps away. The only downside that was not explained was that the private walkway to the beach advertised also joined a public beach access that ran beside the house so we constantly had traffic beside and a few times up to our house. Otherwise, we loved our time at Bella Vista and made memories of a lifetime.

We just had a weeks stay and we wanted to share our pros and cons to help you with your decision.
Pros - having two refrigerators was very nice. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The ice machine as handy and the pool was fun.
Cons - furniture was gross. Didn’t want to sit on most of it. Your access to the beach is shared with the public. They are working on building up the beaches, so had very murky water and very annoying heavy equipment running literally right next to us. Only one washer and dryer and they don’t work that great. Clothes came out just as dirty as they went in. No umbrella on back porch so made it hard to enjoy sitting out there during the day and lighting was awful to sit at night. Deck gets so hot! Cannot walk on it without shoes.
