We stayed at this home the week of the 4th. The pictures of the downstairs area are not accurate. There is no sitting area downstairs. Hot tub is there with no water. The beach is inside the sound and is a huge oyster bed. We left with cuts on our feet. If you are planning on going, please invest in some beach shoes. The process dealing with tide water was very smooth. They are a little slow to respond but will get back to you with time. The house was nice, area is quiet. Not a busy place.
