Come experience a "REEL FRIPPIN' VIEW". This tranquil family home offers marsh living at its best with endless wildlife watching and spectacular sunsets. Wake up to the sounds of nature and 180 degrees of marsh views. Bring your binoculars, there is a lot to see!This cozy home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths all on one level. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 adult queen bunk beds with a second bath right outside the door. The third bedroom has a twin bed.This home is very roomy (2 living rooms) and has plenty of space for family gatherings.The sitting deck overlooks the marsh and there is an additional deck that offers a retreat amongst the palms that feels like an island getaway. Enjoy morning coffee, reading a book, afternoon tea, or wine with sunsets from either area. The gas grill is located on the bottom level near the garage.There is a 6-seat golf cart provided which is the best way to take in the island. You are just a few minutes' ride to the beach, marina, Springtide market, kayak rental, pools, restaurants, pickleball/tennis courts, golf courses, fitness center, walking trails and many other amenities. It was my first time to Fripp Island so I had to figure out some things as far as passes. The only pool to use with children has no bar/grill. Other than that, the island itself is amazing!

Either laying in the bed looking at palm trees or on the balcony looking at the marsh there’s a essence of calmness all around. This house was spacious and had everything you need to cook. There are 2 living rooms. One with a TV and other with a fireplace. The second one is a great place to relax with a book if weather doesn’t permit you to go outside. We really enjoyed the home and Fripp Island. Next year we’ll have to get a bigger home because everyone in family wants to go after seeing the pictures.
