Welcome to our home and make yourself at home.
House for 8-10 people (see more if supplement) on 230m2, located a little more than 1 hour from Paris and 10 minutes from Center parcs
Garden of 2500 m2:

-Children's area consisting of an in-ground trampoline, 2 games with swings and two football goals.

This house welcomes you on 2 floors of 230 m2. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms or shower rooms.
It consists of:
First floor:
-A large cosy living room with fireplace (wood is of course PROVIDED), 2 sofas, a TV with Netflix, Canal+, Canal+Sport, Beinsport, Eurosport, AppleTV+, Paramount+, an overhead projector, a billiards, a table football as well as many board games.
The internet connection is fibred so you won't have any problems with internet speed.
-A kitchen with induction hob, microwave, American refrigerator, multifunction oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, cotton candy machine, etc
-A dining room with a table that can easily accommodate a dozen people
-A bathroom with WC
-A bedroom with Queen size bed (160x200)
-A games room with safety barrier
-A laundry room with washing machine and dryer
1st floor:
- The dark bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a sofa bed
- A bathroom with a large shower and a double sink unit
-The jungle room with a queen-size bed (160x200) and private bathroom
-The "dormitory" with a queen-size bed (160x200), a 140-bed bed, a sofa bed and a shower room
-The mezzanine with a sofa bed and a reading areaPGJyPg�PGJyPgFor your meals out, Our 80m² courtyard located on the 140 m² terrace will be able to accommodate you. The courtyard has an outdoor kitchen, two WEBER barbecues, a gas barbecue, a ping pong table, many sofas and two tables that can accommodate about ten people each.
PGJyPgThe area is very quiet, small hamlet of about ten houses surrounded by greenery and fields, it is a bucolic place.
We therefore ask you to respect the tranquility of this space and the neighborhood.
Parties are therefore FORBIDDEN, the playing of music on the terrace, in the SPAS or the garden must be reasonable, it is also the tranquility that makes the magic of this place and we want to preserve it like our neighbours.
If the rules are not respected, Vrbo will be warned. And in case of abuse, the police will be systematically notified.
During your dinners on the terrace and especially if they are late, we ask you to be kind enough to pay attention to the sound of conversations.
We have put a lot of energy and heart into making this house a comfortable, welcoming and practical place to live and we hope that you will have a great time in it.

We do not charge for cleaning but we ask that you leave our house in the same condition as you found it.
A kit of household products and a vacuum cleaner, a mop being at your disposal to do so. We will charge a cleaning fee if the house is returned to us.

We ask you to be kind enough to give us an indicative time of your arrival for organizational reasons.

You will have access to the entire house except the garage.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The sauna is available for a flat rate of 80e on weekends or 200e per week.
