Escape to this beautiful farmhouse in Italy's Le Marche region, complete with an organic olive grove and a large pool. Perfect for families, large groups of adults and children alike! The house is located near the the picturesque walled village of Camporotondo di Fiastrone.
With 7 bedrooms including 6 queen beds, a cot and 1 bunk bed, guests will feel right at home. One of the bedrooms is in the guesthouse with a kitchenette and an accessible bathroom, just steps from the main house for those who want a little more privacy!
Enjoy the tranquil surroundings and modern amenities such as WiFi, air conditioning, and a washing machine/dryer. 5 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, bidet, and hair dryer for your convenience while one bedroom and the bunk room share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
On the first floor, there is a second living area with a TV and which divides the bedrooms and provides another area to relax and unwind.
There is a sun room off the main floor living room which also has a desk and two chairs. Perfect for relaxing with a good book!
The kitchen has been remodeled with new appliances and all the amenities needed to cook up a gourmet meal for your group! In the dining area, there is also a high chair available for the little ones. There is both indoor and outdoor dining along with a table tennis set up for some fun competition!
With panoramic views of the Sibillini mountains and ancient oak trees by day and enjoying a glass of wine while stargazing around the outdoor fire pit by night, you may want to not to leave the house! But...if you do, historic towns such as Ascoli Piceno, Sarnano, Perugia and Assisi are all within driving distance.
