About this apartment rental
The delightful apartment features a queen bed in the bedroom, full bed futon, fresh hardwood floors, furnishings, decor, rugs and towels. The main room has a cozy futon with footrests to kick back and enjoy the large screen TV above the entertainment center with built in faux fireplace for heat. Breakfast nook and table is ideal with the kitchen to keep your food/drink at the ready. Home is just 3 miles to downtown Truckee, 9 to Northstar Ski Resort, 12 to Palisades Tahoe, and 14 to Lake Tahoe.
You will have access to the whole private apartment via your own access. The patio, outdoor seating, and gas fire pit area, and parking area are also yours to use. Access is provided via electronic lock to your entrance door. You will have your own access code for your entire stay.
Our apartment capacity is four (2 adults and 2 children under 13). Parking is designated in one parking space. The home owner lives on site (not accessible to your rental). Registration number is 010040.

This was a perfect stay for us. It is a residential community apartment and close to our family. Both the interior space and exterior spaces exceeded my expectation. Morning Coffee on the deck, gas fire pit overlooking forest for after dinner. There is a grill on the deck but we did not use it. Definitely will come back.
