Kitzbuhel Paradise Sleeps 8

The property itself was clean, warm and spacious. The driveway was clear upon reservation.

The property description included a hot tub and sauna- but were not actually located on or near the property, and also IF they were accessible at a rec center (not in the original description) were fee-based. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and the deck was not cleared for use. The bathtub was broken and was not fixed during the stay, and a carbon monoxide alarm was broken was also left unfixed- both items were brought to management immediately but no one came. Additionally, the management refused to work with us or Booking.com when severe weather conditions closed all freeways to the property and safe roads within a timeframe to access the property during the reservation. Caltrans prevented us from getting to the property and there was no modification given. They took hours to respond to requests for help and ultimately did nothing to modify or work with us. While the property itself was great once accessed safely, the management kept us from giving a high review.

Great Cabin. Huge! Very comfortable, clean, cozy. Easy instructions for self check in. Host was excellent, very organized and professional. We loved everything about the cabin.

Nothing. It was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this cabin.
