Property was clean when I arrived, but I never received a check-in code to access the property before I arrived, so I had to get in touch with the property management company to get in the house pretty late at night after a long drive. My check-in email was blank in the space where the code was supposed to be provided. The code also doesn't seem to change between customers (it's written on the guestbook by past visitors) so there is some safety risk there of a past visitor being able to get in the house.The bed was comfortable to sleep in, but there weren't very many blankets in the house for a week with a freak snowstorm in May. The bathroom didn't have any towels so I got to go on a scavenger hunt to find towels. They are in the front entry coat closet.Half the lights didn't work so the house was pretty dark, especially the kitchen area. The kitchen light was out, the laundry room light went out, the stove light was out, and the water filter alert was going off it needed to be replaced.The property has exactly what's advertised, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. A bare bones kitchen. It's very near a grocery store to stock up on essentials like tissues, salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc.

The bunk room has four full size beds in it which worked out great for the kids! Nice kitchen with lots of appliances/utensils as well! Great home!

House is way smaller than it seems in the listing. Back yard is pretty much unusable and was completely covered in pollen. Bunk beds were unstable and kids felt unsafe sleeping on them. Communication with the property manager is lacking at best. Couldn’t get into the property because the code didn’t work, but they charged us for early checkin. Laundry still in the dryer and washer when we got in. They never fixed the code. Kitchen was limited with functioning items. Hot water lasts for maybe 2 people. So if you have a large group set up a shower schedule. Dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen. Left an item in the house which they openly offered to ship and it was put in the listing that they would. We’ve been charged for the shipping, but yet still have not received a package. Love the area and Truckee. Would visit the area again, but would not stay at this listing.
