About this house rental
Cozy one bedroom cottage on Anna Maria Island. Basic, comfortable and surrounded by shady trees. Just a three minute walk to the beach, a five minute walk to downtown Bridge St, local restaurants and bars, and directly across the street from a pickleball court. Free trolley transportation up and down the island with frequent service. Property has a well equipped kitchen, laundry room and there is a double-size pullout sofa. Ample parking. It is also located neck door to our other 1 bedroom cottage (4914483) for those who wish for multi-family bookings.
Fifty dollar per night discount is factored into the price due to county construction close by (sometimes active and sometimes not). We love to share this beautiful part of Florida with our guests and aim to make each stay an enjoyable one.
PLEASE NOTE : For extended stay guests, in house cleaning is required every two weeks
with an additional fee.

We had a great relaxing week at your property. Everything was clean and as advertised. Your brother was great and fun to talk with. Thank you also for communicating so very well. Loved the closeness to everything and the beach. The only issue we had was the bed was so hard!! I had to sleep on the couch and my husband roughed it out on the bed. I would get a new mattress for sure, other that that everything was great!

Cute little cottage that is walking distance from all the best spots! The host and his nephew were both very helpful. Mike was very kind and welcoming. I will note- the mattress is VERY firm. If you prefer a softer bed- you may want to consider bringing along a topper of sorts. But I would 1000% stay here again!

Washer wasn’t in working order. But property manager offered his. I would have preferred to have my own. This was my only complaint.

From the moment we walked into this cottage we felt at home. Such a quaint and cozy place!!! We parked our truck and walked to Beach, Shopping and Restaurants. We even went even went Deep Sea Fishing! We had such a wonderful stay here. It had a full kitchen for all you needed to cook meals (except the food itself!) Don’t miss out on this little Gem of a stay for a couple!
