Overall comfortable with lots of space for 3 of us. Many heaters provided but I still felt quite cold underfoot, might need to pack slippers next time. Stayz provided a notification of pending trip 3 days prior but no details of where or entry process. On contacting Moxxi property, they informed me I would get the details 24 hours prior to check-in, which did occur. I was aware of the shower being in a deep/floor set bath and was prepared but it was a little scary. A better/stronger hand rail and a non slip mat would have helped with the nerves. Otherwise location was quiet and an easy walk to everywhere.

Great location and communication with host. Clean and great amenities. Minor ant problem in the bathroom and kitchen. Shower could do with some anti slip mats/stickers. We were able to arrange a late check out last minute which was great!

We stayed for 5 nights, located in a tight side street just on the outskirts of the CBD. Very walkable to most places, can't fault the location. Terrace style house with working air conditioning. There are about 20 stepped stairs to the bedrooms and the bath/shower is below the ground level, just to note for travellers with young kids or the elderly- would be good as a mention in the listing description. Outside laundry space was leaking with water, this was fixed quickly when reached out. However the most inconvenient part of our stay was the water pressure; it would barely flow including the shower which was challenging. Maintenance man couldn't fix this issue. Shower floor also has a slow leak into the timber flooring which should be looked at by the owners. Nice enough property, but I think it need a decent go over and fix little things to make it a comfortable stay. Overall, quite happy with the experience, a solid 4 out of 5 stay.

The host was very welcoming and accomodating. The house was warm & cosy.The bathroom situation was a concern with the shower over a sunken bath. Getting in and out was a safety hazard and although there was a rail, the surface was very slippery.Some of the dishes, cutlery & pans were old and dirty. We had to put everything through the dishwasher before using.
