Chapter House, 3 Bedroom Home with Sea Views, Anstruther, Townhouse over 3 Levels

Beautiful house, spotlessly clean. Great location in stunning Anstruther. Good sized living space, suitable for family or three couples.

Knowing the layout of the town, we knew what to expect location wise, a couple of minutes walk from the town centre with plenty of free parking close by. The layout of the house was different than what we are used to with my wife and I being on one floor and our friends on another giving you that feeling of privacy when going to bed.

My only complaint was I had to message the property late on the evening before our arrival as we had not received the instructions for picking up the keys. This they explained was an oversight on their part but all else was excellent. I would certainly use this property again.

Lovely property. Great location. Great view. Lost of room for 6 adults. Will return.

Nothing

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Chapter House. It’s a lovely three-bedroom property spread over three levels, in a fantastic location. Having ample parking close to the property was a real bonus and made things very convenient. There were lots of things we particularly enjoyed. The TV was brilliant, with a great selection of entertainment, and having WiFi included was great. We also loved having two dining options available, which was a fantastic touch and gave us plenty of choice during our stay.

There are just a few little areas that we feel could be improved. The kitchen cupboards and drawers could perhaps benefit from a little more organisation, as some of the utensils were just thrown into a drawer and a few weren’t as clean as they could have been. The upstairs bathroom could also do with a little attention. When we ran the bath, quite a bit of dirt came through the plug hole, and unfortunately we then discovered that the plug wasn’t working, so we weren’t able to use the bath. There were plenty of towels provided, which was appreciated, although they did have a slightly damp smell and may be ready for replacing.
