About this house rental

Quietly tucked away in a residential pocket of Anstruther, yet less than half a mile from the lively harbour and town centre, 50 Dreelside is a bright, spacious terraced holiday home with residents’ parking and a private, enclosed rear garden. Tastefully decorated and beautifully set up for families, friends and four-legged companions, it offers two comfortable living areas plus a conservatory, three bedrooms and two shower rooms – ideal for relaxing breaks on the East Neuk coast. Wi-Fi throughout, and one small dog is welcome (supplement applies).

On the ground floor, a welcoming entrance hall with hardwood flooring leads through to the main rooms and the staircase. The front lounge is a cosy space to unwind, with a large picture window overlooking the central green, new sofas and a 43” Smart TV. There’s a Sky box with the full Sky package including Sky Sports, making it perfect for a quiet night in. Double doors open into the dining room, where a table seats six and patio doors draw you into the conservatory.

The modern kitchen sits to the rear with a garden outlook and is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, plus an Alexa for music and hands-free help. The conservatory doubles as a second lounge/sun room with additional comfy seating and doors that open straight onto the enclosed garden. A contemporary downstairs shower room with a large enclosure adds extra convenience.

Upstairs, the master bedroom (rear) features a super-king bed and mirrored built-in wardrobes, while the second bedroom (front) offers a king bed and excellent storage. Bedroom three has twin singles – ideal for children or friends. Completing the floor is a luxury family bathroom with a stand-alone bath and a separate shower enclosure with rainfall shower head.

Outside, the private rear garden is fully enclosed and set up for outdoor dining with furniture for six, plus drying poles and pretty planted pots. Best of all, there’s direct gated access into the play park (no roads to cross) and easy links to lovely local walks. Residents’ parking is available in the nearby car park (non-designated bays).
