RD Legend Hotel

Hello. This hotel was honestly not very satisfying for me. They still need a lot of improvement. I can’t say the place was fully clean. It was a bit dirty, and there was also an unpleasant smell in the room. I don’t know how to describe the smell exactly, but it was uncomfortable. The hotel was also very noisy. We could clearly hear sounds and loud music from other rooms and outside, so it was hard to relax peacefully. The door lock also did not feel very safe or secure. The bathroom had a lot of water leaking issues. Another disappointing thing was that the room we received looked very different from the photos shown during booking. The pictures online looked much better than the actual room, so we were not satisfied. Maybe this hotel is okay for bachelors or single travelers, but for families with children, I personally would not recommend it. Another thing that disturbed me was the loud prayer audio being played often. I respect all religions, and there were non-Muslim guests staying there too, so I felt it should have been handled more respectfully and softly. Playing it once is understandable, but it was played morning, afternoon, and evening quite loudly. Lower volume would have been better. My overall rating is 3/10, only one star. The only good thing was the air conditioner — it was very cold and worked well. But there was no fan. The room itself was very small and uncomfortable to move around in. Even the mattress was torn. Even for a cheap hotel, it did not feel simple and nice. It honestly looked quite poorly maintained. The hotel shown in photos and TikTok videos looked much better than the real place. In reality, it was disappointing. Overall, I did not like this hotel. If anyone asks me, I would not recommend it for family stays. Maybe okay for single people only, but otherwise not so good. Plz do Customer request!!! Dont be scam at tik-tok .

Aircond is heaty and water pressure is on low side. Could be improved further.

Tempat selesai, help desk 24 hour. Siap ada dewan makan, siap coway, aircond dan free wifi. Yang lagi best, kami check in, pihak hotel dah siap buka aircond. Fuh, memang terbaik servis.

Non stop loud Traffic noise from the main road Only respite is that bed is ok -and Ac is new and cold. Horrible bathroom got cockroach that greeted me and well in need of repair - its door latch was broken .
