    after check in, i drop my luggage into the room and went out for lunch. after i came back, i found that room have a trace like someone is using my room. the pillow not tidy and also have a used towel on my bed. i let the front desk know the situation and he didnt even shock and didnt explain the situation to calm me down. i ask for another room and he just proceed with it. the next morning, i still on my bed sleeping. yet there are house keeping team attempt to open my room. i didn't hang *clean this room* on the door, i don't think they should clean if there is no instruction. again, no sorry in this situation too. the location a bit scary for me since its forest behind this building.
