    This is my second time staying at this hotel with my wife. We stayed here last year, and this time we spent 8 nights at the property. During my previous stay, I suggested that an iron and ironing board be provided in all rooms and that pest control measures be improved to prevent insects. I am pleased to see that the management takes guest feedback seriously. This time, the room was equipped with an iron and ironing board, and I did not encounter any insects during our stay, which is a very positive sign. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious and well maintained. Two complimentary bottles of water were provided daily, along with tea and coffee-making facilities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was good, although there is still some room for improvement in terms of variety and selection. I also appreciated the flexibility shown by the hotel. My flight was scheduled for late afternoon, and although the official checkout time was 12:00 noon, I requested to remain in my room until 1:00 p.m. They kindly accommodated my request without any additional charge. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Kochi in the future. Thank you to the management and staff for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

    Very disappointing stay. The photos shown online are completely misleading and do not match the actual condition of the room. The room was clearly not well cleaned before check-in. The floor was extremely sticky and uncomfortable to even walk on. The chairs were in terrible condition with food stains all over them. Even the bedsheets had multiple stains, which made the whole room feel unhygienic and poorly maintained. Overall, the cleanliness standards were unacceptable and definitely not worth the stay. The listing photos also appear to be heavily edited and hide many of the actual issues with the room. Everything shown in the pictures feels fake or looks like it was taken at least 6 years ago.
