    Overall, the hotel is good, but there are many minor issues that spoil the general impression - ranging from the reception staff to poor housekeeping. On the plus side: the location and the appearance of the rooms. That's all. Now for the downsides: 1) The reception staff (though not all of them) show a complete lack of engagement with guests, which negatively affects the impression of the hotel right from check-in. For example, the young woman who assisted us at the reception desk during check-in got distracted by conversations with her colleague about three times. 2) AC: I don’t know about the other rooms, but ours had a busted air conditioner - worn-out both inside and out - that couldn't be turned off or adjusted for temperature; it ran constantly and didn't respond to the remote control at all. 3) Housekeeping: as far as we could tell, it consisted solely of changing towels and making the beds - the rooms were neither vacuumed nor mopped. 4) Other minor issues: the in-room safe was locked from our first day in the hotel, and there were no instructions how to open it (not a huge deal, perhaps, but it adds to the overall picture). Also there is a tv in the room but without android tv, meaning that you can watch only vietnamese channels, which is kinda sad. I would say that this hotel is 4-5 out of 10. Wouldn't stay here again :(
