    The swimming pool was quite dirty and didn’t look like it does in the pictures, one day it was suddenly closed without warning for cleaning, after that it did look cleaner but still not as good as in the pictures. There was also a lot of construction and renovation work going on at this hotel during my stay, they never notified the guests of this. The WiFi didn’t work during my stay, I had to hotspot from my phone to use internet, later I found out they replaced the WiFi as part of the renovation work, but they never informed me of this. The staff were not outright rude but they weren’t polite or friendly either, their attitude was very direct and matter-of-fact. Overall I was very disappointed by this hotel as it just isn’t as good as it looks in the pictures, there are other hotels nearby for a similar price that you could choose instead.

    The hotel is centrally located to everything! Just cross the street and you are at the beach, plus there are plenty of stores nearby. The rooms are incredibly spacious. We booked six rooms, and our whole family loved the setup. The breakfast buffet serves both local and international styles, which was very convenient—my family loved not having to wait for everyone to get ready just to go out to eat. The staff is fantastic overall. We accidentally left some items in our room, and they tracked us down to let us know so we could come back and pick them up.

    Toda esta zona está llena de hoteles y negocios que tienen todo en ruso. Nadie habla inglés, todos te quieren responder en ruso. El staff del hotel ni bien ni mal. No nos trataron mal pero me faltó la calides con la que te tratan la mayoría de los vietnamitas. La habitación es espaciosa y las vistas espectaculares hacia la playa. La ducha muy amplia pero el lavamanos tenía una fuga y mojaba el suelo constantemente.

    The hotel is located down a shady alley. It's old and the pictures lie. It is not even a 2 star hotel. I got sick on there buffet breakfast too.
