E1 - Charmant studio en intramuros, rénové climatisé

L’appartement se situe au coeur d’Avignon intra-muros, pas loin de gare Avignon Centre. La rue est calme. L’appartement est fidèle à la description. On y trouve tout ce qu’on a besoin pour un petit séjour. Il est climatisé, ce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable avec la dernière canicule.

The apartment is in an excellent location within the walls of Avignon, just a short and comfortable walk from anywhere in the old town. One of its major advantages is that, despite being in the center, the street is extremely quiet (during the seven days I stayed there, I didn’t hear a single disturbing noise, not even once). I found it spotlessly clean and fully equipped. I highly recommend it for a stay of up to two guests.

Everything were OK

房间虽小，五脏俱全，室内空调，洗衣机，厨房用品，电吹风，熨斗，烧水壶 咖啡机，等都不错，还有一张小方桌，可以办公用。房东很理解访客的需要，都是尽可能提供帮助。离阿维尼翁中心车站很近，七八分钟步行即到，同时离所有热门景点均可轻松步行到达。

不过楼梯陡且狭小，没有电梯，不适合老年人，卫生间下水道的臭味明显，有点受不了，多住几天可能会被臭味熏晕。不知道是不是老房子的缘故。

Excelente relación precio-calidad. Muy cerca de la Gare Centrale, a 10 minutos a pie del palacio de los papas y puente de Avignon. Muy limpio, funcional, café, te, lavadora, buena TV, refrigerador, microondas, etc, todo lo necesario.
