Localização boa, custo-benefício bom, bem equipado com utensílios básicos, quintal com rede para descanso.
O Wi-fi não funcionava, as janelas tinham muitas frestas e não conseguia manter temperatura nem umidade, o quarto fica gelado e a casa bem úmida num geral. Os cobertores eram apenas 2 pequenos e possuiam tag de alarme de loja preso neles.

A localização é excelente! Deu pra visitar os principais pontos turísticos e restaurantes a pé.
Talvez por ser uma casa antiga, o cheiro de mofo é muito forte, tivemos que deixar a janela sempre aberta, para amenizar. É tudo bem simples, mas funcional. Não espere conforto.
