O espaço é ótimo, utensílios necessários funcionando perfeitamente. Chuveiro perfeito. O anfitrião é super educado e atencioso. Fica pertinho do centro, cerca de 15 minutinhos andando. As camas são ótimas. Cozinha equipada com fogão, frigobar, microondas, sanduicheira, cafeteira ….
Não sei se é somente na época fria e chuvosa, mas quem tem algum tipo de problema respiratório é bom evitar ir devido ao cheiro e presença de mofo. Talvez também fosse legal pensar na ideia de ter um varal de chão, visto que as toalhas fica extremamente úmidas no banheiro devido ao tempo frio.

O valor é acessível e atende para uma estadia rápida.
A limpeza e a umidade da casa são muito ruins. Tive que usar a roupa de cama que levei, as cobertas, lençóis e travesseiros da casa estavam com um odor forte. O pequeno ventilador que ajudava na ventilação do ar estava cheio de poeira, tive que limpá-lo para usar.
