Der freundliche Umgang mit dem Gastgeber( Tipps und Informationen erhalten und auch direkt zu erreichen)
Kaffee, Drinks als Willkommensgruß.
Der Hund war Willkommen.
Eine eigene Garage zum abschließen für den PKW.
5 Gehminuten die Straßenbahn Haltestelle Linie B ca. 15 Minuten in die City.
5 bis 10 Gehminuten Supermarkt, Bars und Restaurants.
Wir kommen wieder.

Great place to stay to see all the sights in Rome. Property was spacious, clean and had everything that was needed.
Host was beyond excellent, nothing was too much trouble for him and gave great recommendations on sights and food. Communication, prior to and during our stay was very quick and informative.
Metro station was less than a 10 mins walk and easily able to travel to all the main areas.
100% would go back next time we are in Rome.

l appartement etait vraiment super plus grand que sur les photos et tres bien équipée. L emplacement est top a 5 min a pied de la station rebbibia vraiment super

The apartment exceeded our expectaction. One of the most well equipped kitchen, nice big bathroom, big bedroom with confy bed. Free private parking (inside garage) and also free staying for our dog. The Metro station is nearby so a trip to Termini takes about 20 min, 30 min to Coloseo. And we can not forget the best welcoming from Max. Thank you, Max!
