Die Lage der Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich gut! Die Metrostation ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen gesicherten Parkplatz. Klimaanlage ist in den Schlafzimmern. Der Kontakt ist sehr freundlich!

Die Markierung des Wohnhauses ist nicht richtig. Die vermietete Wohnung ist nicht direkt am Pool. Das gesamte Areal besteht aus 3 Häusern mit mindestens 6 Wohnungen insgesamt. Man teilt sich den Pool somit nicht nur mit den Eigentümern, sondern mit allen Bewohnern des Geundstücks und deren Gästen. Die Wohnung ist vollumfänglich eingerichtet. Leichte Abnutzungsspuren machen sich an den Möbeln bemerkbar. Insgesamt ist alles sauber. Allerdings muss man sich auf Mücken einstellen. Es gibt keine Fliegengitter.

The accommodation was excellent and having a pool on a hot day was great.

Not really in their control but mosquitos were a nightmare, bitten so much.

The property was fantastic. In a gated complex with easy access off the A24 autostrada, and well positioned for the Monti Tiburtini Metro Station for quick access into the centre. It was fabulous to have a pool and the kids loved the diving board! Emanuela was a superb host, met us on our arrival, showing us around the apartment and helping us arrange a taxi transfer to the Airport at the end of our stay. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby but a glowing recommendation to 'Ar Gallo' a proper local Roman pizza restaurant. Our kids voted them the best Pizza's they'd had all holiday.

Proprietari gentili e simpaticissimi. In casa ci siamo stati poco, ma funzionava tutto bene.

Causa maltempo non abbiamo potuto testare la piscina, ma questa è solo sfiga
