The apartment itself was clean, bright, and well equipped. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and overall the stay inside the apartment was pleasant. Everything worked properly except for the kettle, which clearly needs replacement. I noticed previous guests had already mentioned this issue in reviews, and unfortunately it still hasn’t been resolved. The kettle is extremely difficult to place correctly on the base, and you have to spend time adjusting it at different angles before it actually starts boiling.
However, the communication and payment situation was stressful and confusing. Originally, we booked the apartment for May 21–24 and were aware that late check-in was normally not available. Due to flight changes, we arrived only around 2–3 AM on May 22. We contacted the host in advance, and to his credit, he arranged for his father to meet us late at night and check us in, which we appreciated. But upon arrival, I discovered that our Booking reservation had been canceled. I informed the host and went to sleep after a very long journey. At 8 AM, the host began urgently asking me to transfer money to his personal account and insisted the issue had to be resolved immediately. He offered three options: make a new Booking reservation, transfer money directly to him, or pay cash. When I tried to rebook through Booking, the dates appeared unavailable. I sent screenshots showing this and said I preferred paying cash if necessary. The host replied that cash payment was inconvenient for him because his father would need to come again. I asked to postpone the discussion slightly because I had only just woken up after arriving in the middle of the night, but he insisted he could not wait. I contacted Booking support despite the pressure to resolve everything immediately. Eventually Booking informed me they would contact the property, and shortly after that the dates suddenly became available again. I was then able to successfully rebook and pay normally through Booking.

Yo reserve el hotel para 3 adultos y un niño.y resulta q solo.avian 2 camas 🛌 para dormir las cuales no eran muy grandes. Y el precio pues no. Lo merecía si eramos 4 personas y solo 2.camas no.me.parecio dormimos.incomodos. El señor. Era amable.y estaba cerca del metro
El señor.dijo.q el.aire acondicionado i funcionaba pero no funciono. Y tiraba aire. Caliente. A pesar q el dijo q si funcionaba y hacía mucho calor en ese apartamento.
