La ubicación perfecta. Está todo nuevo. Las instalaciones estupendas. Amplias habitaciones y luego hay una zona común para tomar café. No se oye nada. Se puede descansar muy bien.
Que no me contesten antes de la hora de entrada y no saber qué hacer.

Stanza e bagno nuovi, ampi e comodi. Tutto molto pulito. Posizione ottima a due passi dalla cattedrale.

Alojamiento recomendable en todos los sentidos. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar de la ciudad, es céntrico, tranquilo, muy bien acondicionado en cualquier aspecto que puedas imaginar... Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Agradecemos que nos pudieran guardar las maletas antes y después de los horarios previstos de entrada y salida.

Location was very good, right in the heart of the city. Room was spacious for solo traveler or couples.
Check in was atrocious, would not give access code stating room wasn't ready even though I arrived at 8pm. After a few tries had to walk down to sister hotel which wasn't far (400yards) though walking back & forth with luggage was quite tiring. Took the best part of 2 hours to get room sorted, only to find that bathroom hadn't been cleaned with someone's long hairs laying in shower cubicle and outside floor as well as bins not been emptied. As it was so late and being so tired I just had to put up with it
