Everything about our stay was sublime! Location, hotel, staff, food, atmosphere absolutely excellent and spot on! We have stayed in a lot of the Paradores, but this one was our favourite by far. An amazing experience!

Excellent hotel in a magnificent building. An exceptional place to stay within easy walking distance of important places to see. Top class room.

Well designed and well furnished. Plenty of areas in which to relax
Stayed here before refurbishment. Now has a much more corporate feel. The bar area feels more like an airport lounge than a five star hotel.
Food desperately short of what purports to be five star and quite away from the old town
