The spa is excellent. The staff are really helpful and friendly - they addressed all my requests. The bar is great.
I was placed in quite a noisy location even though I asked for a quiet room. The heating didn’t work and the room was a bit mouldy.

Very central and right on the Camino. Very convenient to have a restaurant and bar at the hotel. Literally opposite the Cathedral. Close to everything. The staff are very polite and friendly. The rooms clean and beds comfortable
Our room was on the first floor so there was noise from the restaurant and bar well into the night.
