The location is very good with a pleasant walk along a traffic free route through landscaped gardens leading to the seafront or the town centre. The apartment is, as described, stylishly furnished.
The whole of the allocated parking space in the underground carpark was permanently FLOODED to a depth of 2 centimetres (one inch). This is caused by a blocked drain and we were told by a resident of the block of flats that it had been a problem for some time and that attempts to rectify it had been unsuccessful.

Nicely furnished
Walls must be made of paper, you can hear the neighbors and they can hear you.
Parking space is in a constant puddle.

Modern clean kitchen & nice main bathroom.
Two good size bedrooms.
All clean and tidy
Bad smell in en suite.
Lounge area is really third bedroom.
Very small.
Informed that we must be quiet first thing in the morning and after tea in the evening due to long-term residents in the building who have a small child
