Excellent location. The apartment has a lovely design, and the bedroom windows face the courtyard, making it very quiet at night.

Before my arrival, the company was very responsive regarding the security deposit and check-in arrangements. However, once I checked in and started reporting problems with the apartment, they completely stopped responding. Every message was simply ignored. The apartment is very dirty and poorly maintained. There were thick layers of dust throughout, and the dishes in the cupboards had dried food residue on them. I was shocked when I opened the washing machine and saw how dirty it was inside. Both sinks had severely clogged drains, with the water draining extremely slowly. The bed was also in terrible condition. The mattress is badly worn out, with two large depressions on either side, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows are equally poor, with the filling completely lumpy. Overall, poor experience, and the lack of any customer support after check-in made the it even more disappointing.
