48 sqm apartment, elegantly decorated with one bedroom, 3rd floor with a lift, overlooking the Museum des Archives. Ideal. Windows overlooking the street. The apartment consists on:
an entrance and a corridor leading to other rooms.
a modern kitchen, separate and fully equipped with fridge, hob, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, a grid -Bread, dishes accordingly and cooking utensils.
In a laundry room with a washer, dryer, storage space and dressing
a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a coffee table, carpet, furniture on which is placed a HDTV, DVD, Ipod speaker, an internet connection. Small library. a dining area with a table and 4 chairs.

The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

This is a great apartment with many amenities! Plus the location is incredible. Fabulous restaurants and cafes, boulengerie, patisserie, grocery store and shopping. The apartment was clean and the host was most accommodating! Highly recommended!
