Very comfortable and clean place to stay in. The aircon in the two rooms are functioning very well. It has complete items you might need, comfortable bed and pillows. Even has a Netflix account we could use. The internet speed was sufficient for us to do work. Overall, great place to stay in plus the caretaker and the neighbors are nice.
Finding the property is a little tricky only because it is in the inner streets. But the location was quiet, neighborhood was good, and literally walking distance away from the beach.

Kuya Darwin was very accommodating and answered all our questions. He said our concern had happened twice already since the energy crisis.
We weren't able to stay the night due to issues with the air conditioning unit: the lights in the master's bedroom went out, and the unit stopped working every few seconds. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE ELECTRICAL OR THE AIRCONDITIONING UNITS IN THE PROPERTY, IT WAS ABOUT THE UNSTABLE ELECTRICITY FROM THE MAIN SUPPLIER. However, we find this quite disturbing, aside from the safety concerns. Two of my companions were able to use the shower because of the very hot weather.
