Junglo Resort and Spa

La zona exterior és molt agradable i els esmorzars són variats i excel-lents. Vistes agradables. Es tracta de cases prefabricades, modernes i de bona qualitat i acabats. Amb aire acondicionat, cuina office, TV amb Google Chromecast.

No hi ha cortines que evitin l'entrada de la llum en una de les habitacions. Ens deien que hi eren però no estaven en la nostra ni tampoc ho vam veure en cap dels bungalow standard. Va ser una situació estranya que ens intentessin convèncer per WhatsApp que hi havia cortines quan no hi eren. També hi havia un llit de matrimoni amb el somier trencat en el que havien posat una làmina de fusta prima que no feia cap funció. Deia soroll i s'enfonsava al mig . La neteja es cada dos dies i no inclou fer el llit. Els bungalow estàndard no tenen piscina exterior pròpia. Únicament hi ha una petita piscina, una mica més gran que un jacuzzi per la resta de bungalows estàndard. Cal instal-lar cortines, tenir en compte el manteniment i pensar en una piscina de majors dimensions pel nombre de bungalows sense piscina. La informació sobre el sistema de neteja hauria d'estar informada en el moment de la reserva i també explicada en el moment del check-in.

Neu erstellte Lodge oberhalb von La Fortuna gelegen. Die Bungalows sind sehr komfortabel, zweistöckig und modern ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Bis nach La Fortuna fährt man ca 10‘ mir den Auto! Es ist ruhig und direkt in der Natur . Die Bezeichnung Spa ist ein wenig übertrieben da es eigentlich nur einen kleinen Pool hat welcher warm ist, aber wirklich klein. Das Restaurant besticht mit einer tollen Aussicht und aussergewöhnlichen Essen. Der Koch hat die Bezeichnung Sternekoch verdient! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Die Bungalows mit Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse sind toll-waren bei uns leider ausgebucht!

The property was beautifully landscaped and offered tranquility. The staff were pleasant and all needs were met. We will return.

A little challenging get there as the road was narrow and winding.

Newly done rooms with clean toilet, linens, sit out. Nice mountain view from the room.

Poor Wi-Fi in the room , TV was not getting connected to Wi-Fi and on n off disruption. Access road to this resort is very bad . No nearby areas to walk n availability of any shops, restaurants. One needs his own car , rental car etc to move around . Thy don’t appear to conduct any tours from the resort & no taxi service was available. No curtains on the windows , privacy appears to be hampered & poor sound proofing..
