The flat is spacious and well-equipped flat with a private parking near the entrance. It is also non smoking and not far from the shopping centre. The whole area was calm and quiet.
Unfortunately, the mattresses are uncomfortable and sagging, and the furniture is old and has an unpleasant smell. You pay extra for towels and bed sheets. No shower gels/soaps are offered. The agency HelloElba, which manages the rental, is utterly incompetent – they do not communicate via Booking.com but only through WhatsApp, without informing guests in advance. Their office hands over the keys only until 7 pm; afterwards, you’re left to pay extra fee or sleep outdoor. The agency delivered the flat in a disgusting state, with hair, hairs and dust everywhere. We had to clean it ourselves. They offered no compensation and did not address the mess at all. I would recommend the owner to change the agency, as HelloElba simply collects the money but does not do the job.

Il posto e’ molto anni 80 ma era molto silenzioso e si è dormito molto bene
La struttura andrebbe restaurata al suo interno i bagni sono molto vecchi se aggiornata sarebbe meglio
