It is a great apartment with two bedrooms and a living room/kitchen and a spacy bathroom. Perfect for two parents with two kids. One of the great thing is the terrace which is nice to be at even in the hot afternoon due to shadow. Perfect place to relax after exploring the wonderful island of Elba. Host are very welcoming and take care of your sudden needs (reasonable ones!) Big Conad supermarket close by with more small shops around.
The only shortcoming is not the location itself, but the road infrastructure around which is very pedestrian-unfriendly. If you come by car things will seem perfect to you. There are several beaches within 20 minutes walk. Good exercise if it were not for the cars as some roads don't have any pavement.
