It was lovely and warm, the beds were very comfortable. Great internet connection. Lovely hosts with great communication. Everything was well maintained and tidy. Great location with supermarket, shops, beach, hot pools and more a short walk away. Public transport just up the road for if needed
We did find the warm water ran out very quickly and could only make it through 2 out of 5 guests before getting cold however this was just a small hiccup and we just made a shower schedule

The location by the beach was good and it was only a short drive to the city.
Full facilities available for semi long stay.
Parking is available along the street but is first come first serve basis.
The sofa bed was additional cost on request as the booking for 4 adults is only for the 2 double beds.
House is next to the beach but the beach view is hidden by a sand bar and bushes
Roads works were happening and the street direction was only 1 way.

Clean and Tidy with a good view of people surfing every morning from the top floor (main bedroom) close to amenities and the lovely salt water hot pools. Host was very obliging and friendly ensuring we had a very comfortable stay.
Being 3 storey, 2 long sets of stairs was only an issue if you had a lot of luggage or elderly. In that case, the downstairs room was perfect for someone not as capable of the daily climb. That said though, the view was lovely from the top floor.
