Good location with walking distance to city centre. Apartment is on second floor so you’ll have to carry the luggage upstairs. Host prepared a little surprise and makes you feel welcomed upon arrival. Effective communication.

Supply of a box of tissue would be easy for the guests Bed linen to be changed more frequently as I got skin allergies after the sleep

Centrally located, warm and secure.

It’s in the centre of the Christchurch city which is easy to get to places. Received a pack of delicious fudges.

Not a convenient place for a holidaying visitors, as the carport is way too far from the Apartment. To get luggages into the Apartment was a struggle. Toilets were Not cleaned at all. Luckily brought anti bacterial wipes to clean the toilets. Master bedroom’s shower walls not cleaned at all as past users’ scums & dirts were stuck on the white wall tiles. White towels not washed properly as previous users’ hairs being tangled in the towels. Second bedroom didn’t have a portable heater. No small bins provided for rooms & bathrooms. Carpets not vacuumed well. Internet wasn’t working for the TV, might have to replace the tv, internet isn’t supported to it. Tv remote’s scroll button was broken. Kitchen dining table’s one chair’s leg has been broken & wobbly. No kitchen sponges or sufficient dishwashing cubes provided. Check out procedure was difficult with the gate remote. Should have a key lock box outside the main gate.
