Lo que mas nos justo fue la localización y lo bonito de la casa, estaba recién reformado y era ideal. Todo impecable, había de todo, toallas, secador de pelo, cocina equipada, etc.

La ubicación es muy buena ya que está enfrente de la estación y a 15 minutos caminando de la plaza del comercio.
Falta de mantenimiento al departamento, hay sillas sucias, el tapete de la sala sucio, paredes llenas de mugre, las llaves para la entrada al edificio y al departamento tienen juego y no te lo explican al ingreso por lo que se batalla para poder abrir las puertas. El encargado no responde rápidamente ante las dudas.

Muy bien ubicado, facilidad para obordar taxi o cualquier transporte público, también se puede llegar caminando a muchos lugares. La fachada está muy descuidada, pero el apartamento está muy limpio, claro, espacioso y con todos los electrodomésticos. De verdad que vale la pena.
Aunque no tiene mucha relevancia, deberían de darle una mano a la fachada.
