location is very good. walking distance to basically everything in Sassari. Room was spatious and cozy with a private bathroom. Kitchen was fully equipped. It even had a fantastic moka pot (Giannina) for excellent morning coffees. Wifi worked well. The host was wonderfully kind and available.
Honestly there weren't negative aspects about this place at all. Even the other visitors of the apartment were polite. If you are staying here and you come by car (I didn't), you should be aware about where to park beforehand.

La struttura è molto silenzioso vicino al centro e quindi raggiungibile a piedi facilmente. Arredata con gusto, pulita, con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari per un soggiorno tranquillo.

La casa si trova in una bella zona, si ha vicino tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Dentro la casa non è particolarmente spaziosa ma ha tutto l'essenziale ed è molto accogliente, il livello di qualità degli interni è veramente alto. Ho apprezzato in modo particolare la presenza di un piccolo giardinetto esterno, dove poter stendere i panni e stare la sera. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per ogni evenienza, veramente carinissimi.

Tenía una cocina amplia no era muy caro
La dueña nos dijo que era fácil de aparcar allí Justo era festivo nos costo encontrar lugar
La habitación tenía una ventana en el techo que no se cerraba por lo cual amanecía muy temprano te dejan antifaz pero mucha luz y nunca nos avisaron
Era cómodo pero muebles muy antiguos
