La posizione e il confort nell'appartamento.
giusto la manutenzione dell'ingresso e delle scale condominiali...ma è proprio un dettaglio. Come già specificato dal proprietario: essendo al 2° piano non idoneo a persone con mobilità ridotta.

Appartamento comodo e funzionale.. nonostante fosse in centro storico era tranquillo e non abbiamo avuto problemi di parcheggio.. sig. Giovanni è stato gentile e accogliente.. Consigliato
La palazzina che ospita l’appartamento non è curata ma sull’appartamento nulla da dire.

+ locuința chiar dacă este modestă, are saltele confortabile, pat și canapea noi, +găsești tot ce ai nevoie :hârtie igienică,gel de duș,fier de călcat,umbrela plajă… nu ne-a lipsit nimic de acasă aici! +proprietarul ne-a ajutat cu transportul fiind ora foarte târzie. ♥️
