Bel emplacement pour visiter Sassari à pied, logement fonctionnel et agréable. Le loueur a été très réactif et sympathique.
Literie peu confortable, tout juste bien pour une nuit...

Central position in Sassari, it was easy to reach the places where I had my conference by foot

Street with a lot of little stores like libreria, pharmacy, clothes etc.
Complicated to flush the toilet (you have to press minimum 20 times)
Shower not working properly

It says elevator but it is not for people, but for things (says the owner via sms, although in the ad was stated there was a comfortable lift, one of the reasons we choose the property). We got stuck for 35 minutes inside with a baby and a toddler in hot weather :( you have to keep the button pressed all the time to move, but sometimes you press and press but it doesn't react, it has a life/logic of it's own...it is confusing and dangerous.
Washing machine not working, it wets your clothes but doesn't wash or squeeze the water out. I came for a study purpose with my family for a week, and was happy to be able to wash clothes in the apartment. In the end, I had to take things to laundromat.
