Cavana Hotel Boutique Cusco

Me gustó todo, Personal muuuuy amable :)

Nada

Todo. El personal es súper amable. El desayuno es muy completo. La ubicación y vista es hermosa. La cama nueva y cómoda. El agua salía bien caliente. La calefacción excelente

Reception area and breakfast terrace both very pretty.

We arrived late at night, and the receptionist gave us the key to someone else’s occupied room, which was not a great first impression and a safety concern for the poor girl who’s room it was! They did not offer any apologies, just ‘oops’. Then, in the shower, the glass shower door fell off and fell on me - thankfully didn’t break. Again no apologies from the staff, and still continued to charge me full price for the room and water. Room was also a lot smaller than in the photographs, and the bed pretty hard. It was disappointing as we’d treated ourselves to a more expensive hotel for the night after our trek, but it was definitely the worst value for money and least nice hotel that we experienced in Peru. Spend your money elsewhere!
