The staff at this hotel are amazing! We stayed here for 5 nights total in the family suite, 4 nights before our Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu and 1 night afterwards.
I was bitten by a dog not far from the hotel. When I hobbled back to the lobby, the gentleman on the front desk (sorry I should have gotten his name), called the doctor, who arrived in an ambulance in 10 min and brought me to the hospital. When I needed more more vaccinations a few days later, he arranged for them to come twice more and also obtained the receipt for me.
On another evening, I was having difficulty ordering food delivery as the app was glitching. He called the restaurant, helped me get the food delivered and even exchanged our USD to Soles so we could pay.
