The host Lizanne was absolutely amazing and providing info on the property days before arrival. Check in was super easy. Location and view is so beautiful. The bedrooms spacious, each with their own en suites. Plenty towels. Out door Hot tub is amazing and comes with towels. The house is soo well stocked. Every little thing has been thought of with care. Lots of extra details. Wow this is such a gem. We will definetly go back.

There is so much to do for kids, fishing, exploring all the little ponds and gardens, large grass patch, jacuzzi, table tennis, darts. The house has everything, braai inside or out, nice barista coffee, comfortable beds and nice showers/baths, every single item is in top condition. And being surrounded by nature, the sights and sounds, makes for an extra special escape. Lizanne was super friendly and professional and we appreciate everything she did for us.
The only small negative was that the fire we made in the braai room filled the house with smoke.. This led to small specks of black soot accumulating everywhere, something I have not seen before.
It was chilly so we had to close the outside stacking doors. We tried to close everything, and then opened various doors and windows to improve the situation but with little success. Maybe the smoke was due to operator error, or wind direction? And the soot due to the type of wood, or maybe the chimney needs a sweep?
