Was a great trip we got in a little later than the appointed time but Fernando worked with us and made sure we got in alright. The beach is only 2 min walk with great views of the ocean and the boating channel we could walk to the restaurants and bars. I will definitely stay here again

Location was nice.
•    Mold present on all three shower curtains upon arrival •    Hot tub was not operational; despite a service visit, it was left filled with bleach, not heated, and unusable •    Ceiling fan in the far-left bedroom is not working •    No basic starter amenities were provided (no soap, body wash, etc. - despite stating it was offered) •    No trash bags or paper towels available despite the ad stating they offered it •    Dishwasher is not functioning •    Blood stains on bed sheets in the same bedroom with the broken fan upon arrival •    Power outage Friday night, requiring us to manually reset the fuse box •    Unsafe and inconsistent water temperatures (showers not heating, and sink temps way too hot)
