Riesling Retreat

The place was so cozy and quiet. We had breakfast in town

My only complaint was not knowing how to turn off the lights behind the TV so I had to unplug it so the flashing lights did not affect our sleep

Everything and every detail was available to their us! It was relaxing and they put in a great deal of time and talent to make it so lovely. This is our second stay this year!

Nothing, it was all perfect to the last detail!

This was one of the most comfortable, clean, well appointed and enjoyable places I have ever stayed! It's a Guest house made from 2 shipping containers. Very comfortable inside. Very well decorated - super cute. Small kitchen was perfect with everything you'd need. Bathroom as well was set up perfectly, plenty of towels, etc. Bed was comfortable, with plenty of blankets and pillows. Everything was clean and comfortable. And it's sitting in a small Riesling Vineyard, with a great little patio to relax on. And a very friendly Rooster and 2 chickens came by to visit each morning! The property next door has cows and peacocks. Just a fabulous place to stay!

We booked this for our daughter and her partner. They loved it. It was just like the photos in the listing, the property was quiet and secluded, very peaceful. She even had the chickens coming to say hi as she enjoyed her morning tea. The owners communicated great regarding check in and check out. They only requested that the bed be stripped, not a long list of needs that you get at some places. We’ll definitely keep this on a list of places to stay in the future.

That they couldn’t stay longer :) They had to get back to work, but truly loved their stay.
