This beautiful light and bright townhouse is located in Cottonwood walking distance to coffee, stores, and restaurants. This quiet community has a hot tub and pool and lovely walking trails and benches. This home is in the heart of the Verde Valley, great for a couple or great for a family. It is close to the historic ghost town of Jerome, the mystic red rocks of Sedona, the Arizona wine country, casinos, and ancient Indian ruins of our area. This home is a great fit for all adventures!

This home is conveniently located to shopping and makes a great central location for access to all Verde Valley sites and attractions.
The owner is gracious and accessible. We would gladly rent this home again.

Easy to communicate with property owner. Only 20 minutes from Sedona. kitchen was very functional. Good for small family.
