Very clean and friendly staff! Very family friendly. Only complaint is A/C was noisy in our unit. We had a 1 bedroom on our prior visit and liked that one much better than efficiency unit.

We had a great time at Highlands. Spend the day at cottonwood and enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the pool. Quiet location and clean.

Spacious, clean, and well supplied kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice Highlands Resort was. We saw some photos that made us think it was under construction and maybe dated, but the price was nice. It was Not under construction and everything was is great working order. We were very pleased!
