Great location easy access to ferry terminal, Auckland CBD, a walk up hill to the Sky Tower and mid town The apartment was an ideal size for a couple, good size kitchen, large fridge, separate lounge/dining/kitchen area, separate bathroom with a washer. The building itself was built in the early 1900, has wood paneled lift which appears well maintained, the apartment itself has a modern industrial look, plenty of power points, has its own wifi. New World supermarket is a short walk away. Be aware that the name of the building is the “Guardian” the business name doesn’t appear anywhere on the building.
Connection with free to air TV channels was unstable and dropped out repeatedly. But using a streaming service such as Netflix wasn’t a problem.

Thoroughly enjoyed a truly Wonderful Funky Appt .. definitely a Jewel in the Crown super location in the centre of Auk City. High End Furnishings, Beautifully Clean & Super Comfy, All we needed & MORE .. a real pleasure. T&N
