Once we found it, we loved it! It's quite a hike to get to the property, which we knew but doing it is different than reading about it. :) Spacious room, very nicely decorated, lots of windows to open. We arrived in the middle of the night and the host just gave us the info for self check-in, which was very convenient. Parking is not provided and it's not super clear where in town you can park, so communicate with the host ahead of time to find spots. The views are amazing!
There are signs along the way pointing which way to turn, but the last sign is misleading and had us searching around for a while. Just look for the large wooden sign on the side of the building at the end of the climb. Seems obvious after the fact, but not necessarily when you're looking for it, especially in the middle of the night!

Great property, very traditional and interesting!

The room was lovely and a little slice of history. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of space. The view out the window was amazing.
There were areas of the room that could require some extra cleaning/another check once rooms were cleaned. Drain smell from the bathroom did get fairly bad but to be expected. Take the window covers off to enjoy the spectacular view more!
